January 21st update for this week. Ham steaks and small hams for dinners (or a great side if you're hosting for game day), are on sale this week $5.99 per lb. Short Ribs will be in by Wednesday, possibly Tuesday.  Call to reserve yours.  With game days ahead we expect to sell out of both short ribs and babyback ribs, perfect for your game day celebrations.  ...and of course we are really enjoying our kidney lamb chops, delicious bites of American Lamb.  Overall, steak tips, sirloin and ribeye prices are dropping small amounts, but tenderloin is rising, Call for market prices - 617-323-7313
