pasta specialty items -- Great as a side, or as your main dinner item.

This week's (10/16) FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER is a Traditional Italian Braciole of Tenderloin of pork wrapped proscuitto and cheese, a creamy parmigiano reggiano white sauce over ziti, with an apple, cranberry and walnut salad with baby greens and a raspberry based dressing, and Cannoli!

THIS PAST WEEK WE INTRODUCED 5 NEW SANDWICHES WE ARE CONTINUING TO TRIAL AS MENU ADDS.
THE STEAK SANDWICH with our own specially butchered blade steak, pickled onion, smoky shallot aoili, baby arugula, on a FORNAX Ciabatta, CUBANO made with our own grilled pork tenderloin, ham, gruyere, mustard sauce on a FORNAX Brioche, and TURKEY with Swiss, Baby Arugula, Dijon Aioli on FORNAX Sourdough, ARE ALL AVAILABLE NOW,
WITH SLIDERS with bacon jam and "THE TONY" a grilled chicken breast with mozzarella, tomato & herbed aoili available this weekend. DON'T MISS OUT!
