We have a small amount of ribs/chops etc from the special baby lambs available.  Please let us know if you want some.  We also have organ meat for those who enjoy (or would like to try) some different flavors.  (Organ meats are on sale @30% off this week) If you'd like a recipe for (at least some) of the parts, let Deb know & she can give your ideas.
